Trend, under the guidance of Peter Campbell, completed the addition of a kitchen in our lower level. We couldn’t be happier with their performance! Peter is professional, efficient, exceptionally easy to work with, and his communication throughout the project was incredible. He successfully supported the best possible planning and his suggestions and recommendations created optimal use for the space. Additionally, when I had questions or ideas, he talked me through positives and negatives to reach a conclusion. When after initiation of the project, I unexpectedly requested heated floors, he was congenial, even enthusiastic, about the change and made arrangements to adjust his schedule complete the project seamlessly. Every crew member was pleasant, efficient and kept the space as neat as possible; crew was there when they said they would be and completed work in projected timeframes. Workmanship is top-notch.

What I truly appreciate about Peter and his company, Trend Development & Construction, is their reliability and professionalism. Peter has many years of experience in construction, handling both large and small projects, which clearly shows in his work. The team completed our kitchen on time, exactly as he promised.
