What I truly appreciate about Peter and his company, Trend Development & Construction, is their reliability and professionalism. Peter has many years of experience in construction, handling both large and small projects, which clearly shows in his work. The team completed our kitchen on time, exactly as he promised. He was also very accommodating and open to applying for the required village permit for the project, which made the process much easier for us.

His work is guaranteed for one year, which gave us peace of mind. Peter also works with and recommends very helpful and knowledgeable salespeople, and he has a professional designer who was able to draw out and visualize the final look of the project beautifully.

Peter is honest, and he works with honest, skilled, and professional subcontractors. I highly recommend Trend Development & Construction.

After our home sustained flood damage, our kitchen, family room and basement looked like a complete war zone following the mitigation process. It was overwhelming to imagine how we would ever get the house back to normal within a reasonable time frame. That’s when Peter, Jerry, and the entire Trend Construction team stepped in—and truly turned things around.

The scope of the project was significant: new hardwood floors, drywall repair, painting throughout, reassembly of full kitchen cabinets/ basement wet bar and full reconstruction of two bathrooms. Despite the size and complexity of the job, Peter handled the timelines with professionalism and precision. The project took about six weeks start to finish, which is exactly what he had promised.

What really sets Peter apart, and I would call it his superpower—is his communication. From day one, he was transparent, clear, and always available to listen to our concerns. He not only explained each step of the process but also followed through on everything he committed to. That kind of reliability gave us tremendous peace of mind during what could have been a very stressful time.
